As part of a grant from national funder collaborative Living Cities, Chicago Jobs Council will coordinate and communicate activities of the Workforce Partnership for Energy Efficiency, a new model training program being developed to prepare Chicago Housing Authority residents and other low-skilled workers for employment in the growing field of residential weatherization.
