This grant supports CUED, in collaboration with Abt Associates, in their continuing evaluation of the impact, effectiveness, process and progress of the five-year Opportunity Chicago workforce development initiative supporting the CHA’s Plan for Transformation and the documentation of the model for use by local and national public workforce systems.
